This newest print is a reduction linoleum cut print. It is done with oil inks through the press by hand with each color on 18 in x 24 in paper. It is signed, titled and editioned

It is a tribute to the day that Local 351 in Albuquerque, New Mexico of the Bakery Confectionary Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers Union ( BCTGM ) organized a “Will Strike If Provoked “ T shirt Day at the factory in July of 2018 . BCTGM Union Organizer and past President of the local Andrew Guttierrez remembers that day when 175 of the workers all wore their rattlesnake shirts on the shop floor as one of the best days of his activist career so far !! This print is part of the ongoing series that will be focused on union victories and displayed in multiple union halls as part of a Hall Crawl show that I am organizing.

This print includes a lyric from the church hymn “May the Work that I’ve Done, Speak for Me .” In some Labor events, verses are added to include May the March that I’ve walked Speak for me….. May the Picket that I’ve joined Speak for Me ….
