This new print focuses again on the Phelps Dodge Strike in Arizona in 1983 . The bosses at the copper mine dumped truckloads of dirt down the side of the highway, thinking that would stop the women from picketing. The next day the women protested all the way down the road on top of the piles of dirt . They called themselves the mile high, mile long , women’s picket line !!

This print is a whopping 18 x 24 inches printed by hand on archival paper using a reduction lino cut technique and oil inks. I printed only 4 of this edition.
